Universal Credit Migration - Big IDEA Project - Drop in Sessions - 21.11.24
By the end of 2024/25, the DWP plans to migrate everyone onto Universal Credit. You will be effected if you are still in receipt of the following benefits: Housing Benefit, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Child Tax Credits (CTC) Working Tax Credits (WTC).

Local Housing Allowance Rate 2024-25
Local Housing Allowance (LHA) has been reinstated to the 30th percentile from April 2024, after being frozen since 2020. This means the lowest 30% of private rents should become affordable to those claiming benefits, including our mid-market rent properties.
