Universal Credit Migration - Big IDEA Project - Drop in Sessions - 21.11.24

By the end of 2024/25, the DWP plans to migrate everyone onto Universal Credit. You will be effected if you are still in receipt of the following benefits: Housing Benefit, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), Child Tax Credits (CTC) Working Tax Credits (WTC).    

UC Migration 2024 Drop In Events

Once you’ve received your Universal Credit Migration Notice letter, you’ll need to make a claim for Universal Credit to continue to get financial support. There will be a deadline in your letter. This is 3 months from the date the letter was sent out.

On Thursday 21st November 2024 we will be holding drop-in sessions in our Cardenden Office with Carolyn McAllister from the Big IDEA Project who will be available to provide advice and support if you still need to move to Universal Credit.
