Rent Consultation Event - 3rd October 2024
We are inviting tenants to join us for a short life tenant focus group due to be held in our Cardenden Office on Thursday 3rd October 2024.
This focus group discussion will help us set the rent options used to consult tenants when setting rent charges for 2025/26.
We would like around 6 to 8 tenants to join us for either a morning session (10-12 p.m.) or afternoon session (2-4 p.m.) to consider a proposal to set rents based on inflation + 1%, with options for a planned investment programme to deliver improvements to our properties that will be viable and measurable, so that tenants can see what we will be doing to improve their homes over the next 5 years.
