There has never been a better time to start up a business and make the move from the home to a proper office. Ore Valley Community Initiatives, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OVHA, is offering an integrated package of support to make this easier.

We have launched a shared space within our Ore Valley Business Centre located in Lochgelly offering a number of services to help grow your business idea, all for a small fee.

This access to your own commercial space along with our signposting to other business services and networking will allow start-up businesses to take the next steps forward towards sustainability and growth.

Services included:

• Access to our business incubator facility
• A manned reception service (subject to any Covid restrictions). Secure 24-hour fob based entry to the building.
• A business postal address - your mail will be safely held until you collect it and this address can also be used for advertising and commercial purposes.
• Unlimited access to our high-speed fibre-optic broadband and class-leading wifi.
• A desk that is yours exclusively for a set period of time and a secure storage area for documents etc.
• Easy networking with the other businesses within our centre.
• A kitchen and lounge area to relax and host informal meetings.
• Free access to our two meeting rooms and a boardroom along with other facilities such as a laptop and projector for presentations etc..
• Car parking, EV charging, and discounted membership of our Enterprise electric car club.
