We, as a Housing Association, have a legal obligation to carry out an Annual Gas Service within your property, this law has not changed due to Covid-19. We are working with our contractors, Kingdom Gas Services, to make sure any gas services which are due for renewal are completed on time.

KEEPING YOUR HOME GAS SAFE DURING COVID-19

We, as a Housing Association, have a legal obligation to carry out an Annual Gas Service within your property, this law has not changed due to Covid-19.

We are working with our contractors, Kingdom Gas Services, to make sure any gas services which are due for renewal are completed on time. 

If your Gas Service is due within the next 8 weeks you will receive a phone call from a member of our team to discuss the arrangements for a Gas Engineer coming to your home and the measures that Kingdom Gas will take to allow this to happen safely and in accordance with Government Guidelines.  Our main priority is to make sure you as our tenants and our contractors remain safe.

Please be aware that if you do not grant access at this current time, we will be in regular contact with you to determine when access will be available.

These steps are in accordance with guidelines from the Government and Health and Safety Executive and are intended to ensure your continued safety.
