The project has been shortlisted in the ‘Retrofit Project of The Year – North and Scotland’ category.

The winners will be announced at the award ceremony in Manchester on the 24th of June alongside the annual Housing 2025 event held each year in the city.

The awards celebrate positive climate action from both an individual and organisational perspective and seek to champion all, with categories to celebrate the success and collaboration of individuals, teams, partnerships, projects and organisations. The awards are seen as a platform to profile and learn from the great work underway across the housing, built environment, and property sectors to deliver a successful net zero transition.

“We are delighted that this project has received another accolade. Being shortlisted as part of these prestigious UK-wide awards further underlines the efforts made by our organisation and our project partners to reinstate this iconic local building.”.

Nick Clark, Chief Executive, OVHA.
